Overview
The automatic self-cleaning filter is widely used in industries such as water treatment, paint, and food.
As the product enters the self-cleaning filter from the inlet, the impurities on the inner wall of the filter element are blocked, and the filtered clean product flows out from the outlet. Self-cleaning filters automatically begin cleaning when the pressure difference reaches the preset value, or when they reach the cleaning time or are manually operated. The whole self-cleaning process involves two steps: open the automatic drain valve on the self-cleaning filter; the motor drives the cleaning brush in the filter screen, and the impurities blocked by the filter screen are discharged from the drain valve, and the system continuously flows during cleaning. A PLC screen control panel controls the entire operation of the self-cleaning filter.
