The stainless steel steam/air gas filter housing can be used both in food and pharmacy-grade fields such as sterile air and in industrial fields such as compressed air. As well as removing moisture from steam/air supplies, it also protects equipment, such as air compressors, from solid particles.
A Tri clamp or Union nut could be used to close the body. And flange. All are easy of maintenance. Steam filter housings are primarily used to remove contamination from factory or plant steam, such as boiler feed chemicals carried over from the boiler offtake, so that end products are not adversely affected.
