Overview
The gas-fired double-layer kettle is made of 304 stainless steel and equipped with a gas stove. The equipment is beautiful, easy to install and easy to operate.

Gas-fired jacketed kettle structure and material
The tilting gas jacketed kettle is mainly composed of a pot body and a tilting frame; the pot body is a double-layer structure consisting of an inner and outer spherical pot body, and the middle layer is filled with heat transfer oil or water.
Pot material:
(a) The inner pot body is made of stainless steel (SUS304/SUS316L), the outer pot body is made of carbon steel (Q235-B), and the exterior is coated with anti-rust paint; (b) The inner and outer pot bodies are made of stainless steel (SUS304/SUS316L).

1. Reasonable structure and easy to operate.
Gas Jacketed Kettle Operation Method:
Open the gas valve, ignite the gas, and manually add cooking oil. When the oil reaches cooking temperature, add the appropriate amount of ingredients, manually turn the pot and stir to ensure that the ingredients are evenly heated in the pot. After the ingredients are processed, turn off the gas and heat, turn the handle, and the worm gear and worm drive device will rotate and tilt the pot to pour the ingredients into another container .
