Overview
LENO Fluid's mobile bag filter system includes a standard bag filter (#1 or #2), a sanitary pneumatic double-chamber diaphragm pump, a control switch box, and DN25 and DN50 pipelines and valves. The trolley platform is used to install all equipment. For one-step fixed filtering, it can be moved to any work production line at will.
An introduction to bag filter housings
In addition to filtering large volumes or high viscosity liquids, bag filter housings are also suitable for filtration. They consist of a filter housing, filter bags, internal cages that support the bags, and a positive sealing arrangement. The bag change-out process is easy with swing bolts and minimal downtime. Reduces downtime to increase productivity and reduce operating costs. Construction material: Stainless Steel 304, Stainless Steel 316L
