Features


Dual-Chamber Design: Each chamber houses multiple filter bags, and a manifold system with isolation valves enables seamless switching between chambers. This allows filter bag replacement or cleaning while the other chamber maintains full flow.

High Flow Capacity: Capable of processing up to 1000 m³/h (depending on bag configuration), the housing uses large-diameter filter bags (32" or 40") to minimize pressure drop and maximize dirt-holding capacity.

Robust Construction: Built from 316L stainless steel (standard) or alloy 22 for severe service, with polished welds and electro-polished interiors for hygiene or corrosion resistance. Flanged connections comply with ANSI, DIN, or JIS standards.

Pressure Balance System: A differential pressure gauge monitors each chamber's contamination level, signaling when a chamber needs maintenance. The design ensures equal flow distribution between chambers for balanced performance.

Versatile Bag Compatibility: Accepts all standard filter bag types, including felt, polypropylene, nylon, and conductive bags for electrostatic-sensitive applications.
