The 200L Flange-Designed Steam Agitation Tank is an industrial-grade mixing vessel constructed from stainless steel, featuring flange connections for sealing. It integrates steam heating and mechanical agitation systems, widely used in food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries. Core functions include: material mixing, heating/cooling, CIP (Clean-in-Place), and SIP (Sterilize-in-Place).
Tank Body & Flange System
Material: SUS304/SUS316L stainless steel, with inner surface mirror-polished (Ra ≤ 0.6μm) and outer surface satin-finished.
Design: Flat-top single-sided open-lid structure, sealed via flanges compliant with HG/T20592 pressure vessel standards.
Flange Ports: Feed inlet, discharge outlet, steam inlet, condensate outlet, temperature probe port, and pressure gauge interface.
Agitation System
Top-mounted mechanical agitator with dual-layer straight-blade impeller + defoaming paddle (speed: 50–300 rpm adjustable).
Drive Unit: Hard-geared reducer with dual sealing (mechanical seal + packing seal).
Steam Heating System
Jacketed steam heating with spiral baffles for enhanced heat transfer (working pressure ≤ 0.4MPa).
Accessories: Steam trap, safety valve, and ±1°C precision temperature control.
Please note above capacity less than the 500Liter with agitator
that the top of the head is flange design.
