DESCRIPTION:

Stainless steel reactor is mainly composed of inner tanks, the jacket and insulation, stirring device, consisting of four parts bearing seat.

1. Press the inner tank process requires the use of stainless steel and other materials, the inner surface of the mirror-polished, online CIP cleaning, in line with GMP.

2. Press the process requires the use of stainless steel jacket (SUS304) or carbon steel (SUS316L) and the like.

3. The appropriate path is higher than the design, on-demand mixing device; pressure sanitary seal with mechanical seal stirring to keep the tank operating pressure and tank to prevent leakage of materials and cause unnecessary pollution and material losses.

4. Press the operation requires the use of a support type suspension lug or floor leg style.
