DESCRIPTION:

The cooling tank is the main supporting equipment for the mechanized milking of the pasture. It is more suitable for the manual milking ranch and the milk collection station. The dairy factory cools and stores the fresh milk. It is mainly used for cooling and storing fresh milk, and can also cool and store other liquid materials. Straight wall large-area cooling, through a fully automatic control system, one-step observation operation, so that the cold raw milk quickly drops to the required temperature °C and renewed the constant temperature. Prevent the growth of bacteria and keep the raw milk in the A-grade milk state.

The straight cooling milk tank is mainly composed of tank body,blender,refrigerating unit and electric control etc.

1. The tank wall uses an advanced honeycomb Miller plate evaporator to directly exchange heat with the milk.

2. Refrigeration Compressor Imports American Copeland fully enclosed compressor unit and imported expansion valve and solenoid valve are equipped with reliable midpoint protector, which will not burn the compressor due to overload or system failure.

3. The tanks are all made of SUS304 or 316 stainless steel, with pressurized automatic rotary cleaning CIP sprinklers and automatic mixing device.

4. The insulation layer is made of 60-80mm polyurethane foam and has good heat insulation performance.

5. Divided into vertical and horizontal. The fully automatic microcomputer control system observes the operation in one step, so that the cold raw milk is quickly reduced to the required temperature and the constant temperature is maintained.
