### Working Principle of a Gas-Fired Jacketed Kettle
A gas-fired jacketed kettle utilizes natural gas, liquefied gas, or pipeline gas as its heat source, making it suitable for environments where steam is unavailable. All parts of the kettle that come into contact with the material are made of food-grade 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel. Additionally, a temperature control system or stirring device can be added if needed.
#### Working Process:
1. **Ignition and Heating**:
- Open the gas valve and ignite the gas.
- Manually add cooking oil to the pot and wait for it to reach the desired cooking temperature.
2. **Material Addition and Heating**:
- Add the appropriate amount of material to the pot.
- Manually turn and stir the material to ensure even heating, similar to the principle of a household frying pan.
3. **Material Discharge**:
- Once the material is processed, turn off the gas.
- Use the handle to rotate and tilt the pot via a worm gear and worm drive mechanism, allowing the material to be poured into another container.
This process completes the material processing efficiently and effectively.
