Use and maintenance of batching tank

To ensure proper operation and maintenance of the equipment:

1. **Pressure Check**: The equipment operates at normal pressure. If pressure is excessive, inspect the inlet and outlet for blockages.

2. **Oil Maintenance**: Use 40#-50# engine oil or 70#-90# extreme-pressure industrial turbine oil for the reducer. Replace the oil and clean the oil tank after the first 20 days of 8-hour daily operation, then every 3-5 months thereafter.

3. **Condenser Cleaning**: If a condenser is installed, clean the heat exchange piping based on its performance.

4. **Loading Limits**: Do not exceed the effective volume of the mixing tank to avoid motor burnout or damage to components.

5. **Extended Downtime**: When not in use for extended periods, clean, lubricate, and disconnect the power supply to maintain equipment integrity.
