The **Ultra-High Temperature Instantaneous Sterilizer** is designed for sterilizing fluid materials like milk, juice, beverages, alcohol, and pharmaceuticals. It operates at high temperatures (115–135°C) for 4–6 seconds, ensuring efficient sterilization while maintaining equipment durability and ease of use.

### Key Features:

- **Processing Capacity**: 1 m³/h

- **Sterilization Temperature**: Adjustable between 115–135°C

- **Steam Pressure**: <0.78 MPa

- **Heating and Cooling**: High-temperature coil for sterilization, followed by cooling in a double-layer coil to reduce discharge temperature (<65°C).

- **Power**: 1.5–3 kW (depending on pump configuration)

- **Compact Design**: 0.9 m² floor space and 410 kg net weight.

### Working Principle:

The sterilizer uses a spiral double-tube heat exchanger for preheating and a high-temperature barrel with a spiral single-tube exchanger for sterilization. Materials are heated to the desired temperature, maintained for sterilization, and then cooled before discharge. Adjustable valves allow control over sterilization and discharge temperatures.

### Installation and Operation:

- **Installation**: Requires a flat surface, with adjustable support bolts for stability. Ensure piping is free from external forces and the pump shaft is aligned horizontally.

- **Safety Measures**: A 0.78 MPa safety valve is mandatory for the steam inlet, and a pressure test is required for connected homogenizers.

- **Operation**:

1. Preheat with clean water, then switch to material.

2. Control sterilization temperature using the angle stop valve.

3. Adjust back pressure and discharge temperature as needed.

4. Monitor gauges and valves for consistent operation.

### Cleaning and Maintenance:

- **Cleaning**: Perform chemical cleaning (CIP) after 6–8 hours of use. Follow these steps:

1. **Water Washing**: Remove residual material.

2. **Alkaline Washing**: Dissolve proteins and fats with a 2% NaOH solution at 80°C.

3. **Water Rinse**: Remove alkaline solution.

4. **Acid Washing**: Remove scale with a 2% nitric acid solution at 80°C.

5. **Final Rinse**: Ensure no acid residue remains.

- **Maintenance**:

- Inspect steam traps, safety valves, and gauges regularly.

- Clean and lubricate pump bearings annually.

- Prevent freezing by draining water or using a 1% alkali solution in winter.

### Troubleshooting:

- **Power Outages**: Quickly close the steam valve, drain condensate, and introduce tap water to prevent fouling. Resume operation once power is restored.

This sterilizer ensures efficient, safe, and reliable operation with proper installation, operation, and maintenance.

Each tank is crafted from premium-grade stainless steel, ensuring exceptional corrosion resistance, hygiene, and longevity.
