Tubular sterilizers are versatile and can accommodate a wide range of products, including those with particles, large fiber content, or medium to high viscosity. Unlike standard sterilizers, they are designed to handle special user requirements. These sterilizers perform high-temperature and ultra-high-temperature sterilization (120–140°C) effectively, even for corrosive products or those prone to dead spots.
### Cleaning Procedures for Ultra-High Temperature Instantaneous Sterilizers:
1. **CIP Washing Steps:**
- **Water Washing:** Begin by rinsing with water as the material ends to remove residues, ensuring the equipment's water output runs clear before stopping.
- **Alkali Washing:** Prepare a 2% caustic soda (NaOH) solution, heat it to 80°C, and circulate for 30 minutes to dissolve proteins and milk fats. Increase the concentration for heavy scaling.
- **Water Washing:** After draining the alkali solution, rinse with water for 15 minutes.
- **Acid Washing:** Use a 2% nitric acid (HNO3) solution, heat it to 80°C, and circulate for 30 minutes to remove scale.
- **Water Washing:** Finally, rinse with water for 15 minutes to eliminate any residual acid and prevent contamination during subsequent operations.
2. **Cleaning Precautions:**
- Avoid using chloride-based cleaning agents during the process.
- Ensure the chlorine content in the cleaning water is below 50 mg/L. In areas with poor water quality, use purified water for cleaning.
