Types of CIP cleaning equipment

CIP cleaning devices are categorized into three types based on the cleaning fluids used:

1. **Single-Use Cleaning Fluid System**:

- The cleaning fluid is used only once and discharged after cleaning.

- The system includes a CIP tank, pump, reflux pump, cleaning fluid pump, heat exchanger, and pipes but lacks a large dilution tank.

- It forms a loop with the equipment being cleaned and is relatively simple, sometimes requiring no CIP station.

2. **Reusable Cleaning Fluid System**:

- Cleaning fluids like water, alkali, and acid are stored in barrels and recovered after use.

- The concentration of cleaning fluids is monitored and replenished as needed for reuse.

3. **Multiple-Use Cleaning Fluid System**:

- This system combines features of the single-use system, utilizing localized, small standard units near the equipment.

- Cleaning agents are centrally supplied from batch tanks, recycled after use, and the delivery pipeline is short to minimize heat and material loss.

Each system is designed to optimize cleaning efficiency and resource utilization based on specific operational needs.
