A **tilting jacketed kettle** is designed for convenience, allowing its contents to be easily poured out by tilting. It is ideal for bulk materials like chicken nuggets and duck feet. Heating options include **electric heating (thermal oil)**, **steam heating (direct steam)**, and **gas heating (natural gas)**.

In contrast, a **vertical jacketed kettle** is better suited for **liquid materials**, as it discharges from the bottom, making it highly convenient for such applications. For non-viscous liquids, a vertical type is generally recommended. However, it offers only two heating methods: **electric heating (thermal oil)** and **steam heating (direct steam)**, with no gas heating option available.

Each tank is crafted from premium-grade stainless steel, ensuring exceptional corrosion resistance, hygiene, and longevity.
