Temperature plays a critical role in the efficiency and operation of stainless steel reactors, which are pressure vessels regulated under GB 150 standards. The metal surface of the reactor and the processed products are both metallic, making temperature stability essential.

Key points regarding temperature in stainless steel reactors include:

1. **Metal Temperature**: This refers to the temperature at the cross-section of the reactor's components under pressure. It must not exceed the permissible operating temperature of the steel.

2. **Design Temperature**:

- Determined based on the highest or lowest metal temperature under normal operating conditions and corresponding design pressure.

- For temperatures below -20°C, the design temperature is based on the lowest temperature.

- For temperatures above 0°C, the design temperature is based on the highest temperature.

- The design temperature must never be lower than the maximum possible metal temperature or higher than the minimum possible metal temperature.

Maintaining proper temperature control ensures the reactor operates efficiently and safely within its design parameters.

Each tank is crafted from premium-grade stainless steel, ensuring exceptional corrosion resistance, hygiene, and longevity.
