The optimal conditions for extracting porcine osteotrophic hormone (OSTH) using a high-temperature, high-pressure method were identified through single-factor and orthogonal experiments. These conditions include an extraction temperature of 135°C, an extraction time of 100 minutes, a material-liquid ratio of 1:4, and a pressure release frequency of once every 40 minutes. Under these parameters, the yield of porcine osteotrophic hormone reached a maximum of 88.9%. The process is characterized by its mild, pollution-free, and non-corrosive nature, ensuring efficient extraction while maintaining the integrity of the extracted protein.
