The automatic material feeding device for magnetic reactors is designed to enhance feeding accuracy and efficiency in chemical and pharmaceutical processes. It features a silo for material storage, a temperature measuring device to monitor reactor temperature, and a discharge control device that adjusts the discharger based on the reactor's set temperature. This system ensures real-time tracking of feeding, prevents material agglomeration, and enables uniform and precise material addition.

Additionally, the reactor is equipped with a weatherstrip protection device, including a grooved annular weatherstrip with a polymer concrete layer and drain pipes to prevent liquid contact, reducing corrosion and extending the reactor's lifespan. An overflow protection device is also included, which temporarily stores overflowing liquid, provides feedback control for the feeding device, and issues alarm signals when necessary.

Each tank is crafted from premium-grade stainless steel, ensuring exceptional corrosion resistance, hygiene, and longevity.
