The osmotic extraction equipment is designed with several key components, including an inner cylinder, jacket, insulation layer, manhole, earpiece, and discharge port. The insulation is made of rock wool, and the tank features a jacketed design with a manhole on top and a pneumatic discharge gate at the bottom to reduce labor intensity.
The equipment is also equipped with a CIP cleaning ball, a temperature measuring port, an integrated sight glass light, and a quick-opening feed port for easy operation, all of which comply with GMP pharmaceutical standards. Accessories such as a demister, condenser, cooler, and oil-water separator are included.
All parts of the extraction equipment that come into contact with the material are made entirely of 304/316L stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance and meeting GMP standards.
