### Operating Guidelines for Normal-Pressure Reactors
1. **General Information**:
- This reactor operates under normal pressure.
2. **Oil Maintenance**:
- Fill the reducer with **40#-50# engine oil** or **70#-90# industrial turbine oil**.
- After the first 60 days of operation (8 hours daily), replace the oil and clean the oil tank.
- Subsequently, perform oil replacement and tank cleaning every six months.
3. **Condenser Maintenance**:
- If a condenser is installed, evaluate the heat exchange performance to determine whether the heat exchange piping requires cleaning.
4. **Load Capacity**:
- Do not exceed the effective volume of the mixing tank when loading materials.
- Overloading is strictly prohibited to prevent motor burnout or damage to the reducer.
5. **Extended Downtime**:
- If the reactor is not used for an extended period, clean it thoroughly, apply lubrication, and disconnect the power supply.
By adhering to these guidelines, the reactor's performance and longevity can be maintained effectively.
