### Installation and Maintenance Guidelines for Stainless Steel Reactors

#### **Installation Steps**

1. **Workbench Setup**:

- Install the reactor workbench at a sturdy height based on user requirements.

- Ensure at least 360 cm of space around the equipment for installation and maintenance.

2. **Alignment**:

- The drive shaft must be perpendicular to the ground, with an inclination not exceeding 1/1000 of the total equipment height.

3. **Component Installation**:

- Install spare parts and safety valves as per process requirements.

4. **Post-Installation Inspection**:

- Check all connecting components and transmission parts for security and reliability.

- Conduct an airtight test on all connections, seals, and the reactor unit to ensure no leaks, bubbles, or dripping.

5. **Electrical and Mechanical Checks**:

- Secure all wiring connections.

- Fill the reducer with 46# mechanical oil before starting.

- Regularly change the reducer oil based on production conditions.

- Manually rotate the fan blades to check for jamming or idling.

- Inspect the agitator for scraping and clean any dirt inside the reactor.

6. **Idle Test Run**:

- Run the reactor idle for 30 minutes to ensure no abnormal noise or vibration before starting production.
