### Cryogenic Reactor Operation Steps
1. **Preparation**:
- Rinse the reactor twice with the reaction solvent, analyzing it via GC until impurities are below 0.1%.
- Rinse twice more with a water-free solvent (20-30 kg each time), ensuring the reactor is dry and ready for use.
2. **Loading and Setup**:
- Load the substrate and solvent into the reactor.
- Start stirring, evacuate to -0.1 MPa, and purge with nitrogen to remove other gases.
- Attach a pebble-made liquid seal bottle to the reactor vent.
3. **Cooling**:
- Remove the baffle from the jacket vent and introduce liquid nitrogen to cool the reactor to the desired temperature.
4. **Reaction**:
- Under nitrogen, slowly add n-butyl lithium to the reactor.
5. **Post-Reaction**:
- Add liquid nitrogen to the jacket, secure the vent cap, and circulate anhydrous alcohol to raise the temperature.
- Hold the reactor at the target temperature, then depressurize the alcohol in the jacket.
These steps ensure safe and efficient operation while maintaining the integrity of the reaction process.
