### Stainless Steel Reactor Maintenance Guidelines
To ensure the longevity and efficiency of stainless steel reactors, follow these maintenance steps:
1. **Component Replacement and Overhaul:**
- Loosen the main bolts and nuts, lift the lid, and disassemble components like the impeller, baffle, or guide tube as needed.
2. **Agitator Maintenance:**
- Use the oiling hole on high-temperature, high-speed agitators to grease the bearings when the reactor is stopped.
- Add 30–50°C grease using a syringe after releasing the reactor pressure.
3. **Disassembly and Cleaning:**
- Drain reaction materials and clean the reactor with a harmless gas or liquid medium before disassembly.
- Avoid hammering components to prevent damage to assembly accuracy.
4. **Agitator Shaft and Housing:**
- Inspect the lower agitator shaft for oscillation and replace bearings or bushings if excessive oscillation occurs.
- Ensure concentricity between the inner and outer stainless steel housings to prevent rotor wear.
- Tighten bolts evenly and symmetrically during installation to maintain sealing effectiveness.
5. **Magnetic Agitators:**
- Use composite or graphite bushings for magnetic agitators.
- Replace bushings annually to maintain optimal performance.
By adhering to these steps, the reactor's efficiency and sealing integrity can be preserved, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
