### Steps to Disassemble and Maintain a High-Pressure Reactor

To properly disassemble and maintain a high-pressure reactor, follow these steps:

1. **Drain the Lubricating Oil**:

- Unscrew the drain plug on the suspension body to remove the lubricating oil.

2. **Separate Key Components**:

- Loosen the connecting bolts between the pump body and the bearing body.

- Carefully separate the impeller, shaft seal body, and bearing body from the pump body.

3. **Remove the Impeller**:

- Loosen the impeller nut to remove the impeller and flat key.

4. **Disassemble the Shaft Seal and Sealing Parts**:

- Remove the shaft seal body and sealing components.

- Take out the static ring of the mechanical seal.

- Remove the stuffing cover of the packing seal and extract the stuffing.

5. **Remove Mechanical Seal Components**:

- Detach the rotating part and sleeve of the mechanical seal from the shaft.

- Remove the sleeve of the packing seal.

6. **Dismantle Bearing Components**:

- Remove the support frame and coupling of the bearing body.

- Take off the bearing gland, water-jet rubber ring, pump shaft, and bearing.

By following these steps, you can efficiently disassemble the reactor for maintenance or repair while ensuring all components are properly handled.
