To properly install and debug a stainless steel reactor, follow these steps:

1. **Initial Inspection**:

- Check all movable parts and fixed contacts on the front and rear panels to ensure they function correctly.

- Remove the top cover and inspect connectors for loose contact, damage, or rust caused during transportation or storage.

2. **Lid Installation**:

- Prevent the sealing surfaces of the reactor body and lid from colliding.

- Place the lid carefully in its fixed position and tighten the main nuts symmetrically in multiple steps to ensure an even seal.

3. **Placement and Ventilation**:

- Place high-pressure reactors indoors with proper ventilation.

- Separate multiple autoclaves and ensure each operating room has a direct exit to the outdoors.

4. **Threaded Connections**:

- Rotate only the counter-nut at connections, ensuring the sealing surfaces do not rotate relative to each other.

- Apply lubrication to all threaded connections during assembly.

5. **Operational Checks**:

- Manually rotate the reactor's rotary components to ensure smooth operation.

- For needle valves with line seals, gently compress the sealing surfaces by turning the valve needle.

6. **Controller Placement**:

- Place the controller on a flat surface in an environment with a temperature of 10–40°C and relative humidity below 85%.

- Ensure the surrounding area is free from conductive dust and corrosive gases.

7. **Post-Operation Procedures**:

- Allow the reactor to cool naturally or use water or air cooling methods.

- Release pressurized gas until the pressure gauge reads zero, then symmetrically loosen the main nuts to remove the lid.

8. **Cleaning and Maintenance**:

- Remove residue from the reactor body and lid after each operation.

- Regularly clean and maintain the main seal, avoiding the use of hard or rough objects to prevent damage.

By following these steps, you can ensure the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of a stainless steel reactor.

Each tank is crafted from premium-grade stainless steel, ensuring exceptional corrosion resistance, hygiene, and longevity.
