1. Sudden power outage in the high-pressure reactor: Immediately shut off the instruments and electric heater, gradually reduce the tail hydrogen flow rate, and maintain pressure until recovery.
2. Sudden water outage in the high-pressure reactor: With the exception of the high-pressure reactor mechanical seal, which requires cooling water, small and medium-sized units do not have water cooling systems. Therefore, small and medium-sized units can continue to operate normally, while the high-pressure reactor can be shut down as appropriate.
3. Leakage detected: First reduce the pressure, then properly tighten the nuts and joints. Tightening nuts and joints under high pressure is strictly prohibited. 4. If operating conditions become difficult to control, such as a sudden rise in reaction temperature, immediately stop feeding and heating.
5. If the high-pressure reactor itself or nearby fires, extinguish the fire by wrapping it with cotton cloth or glass cloth, or by using a dry powder fire extinguisher. Immediately remove the high-pressure hydrogen cylinder and depressurize the device.
