Fermentation tanks are categorized by industry into biological, beer, and yogurt fermentation tanks, each tailored to specific processes. Despite these variations, the commissioning procedures for all fermentation tanks follow a similar structure:

1. **Inspection of Connecting Threads**: After transportation, inspect all connecting threads to ensure they are intact and functional.

2. **Dry Run of the Agitator**: Test the agitator in a dry run to confirm that all transmission components operate smoothly before production begins.

3. **Steam Generator Connection**: After connecting the steam generator, inspect all joints for leaks. Tighten pipe fittings and studs as needed to ensure a leak-free setup before starting normal production.
