The batching tank control system consists of four main components: the mixing control system, weighing control system, temperature control system, and liquid level control system.
1. **Mixing Control System**:
- **Mechanical Mixing**: The mixing motor is installed on top of the tank, with a mixing shaft divided into upper and lower sections. The upper shaft is sealed to the tank using a 204-type carbide mechanical seal for excellent sealing and durability. The lower shaft connects to the upper shaft via a flange, with mixing blades welded to it. Speed control options include manual mechanical speed regulation (via a reducer handwheel) or variable frequency speed regulation (by adjusting the power supply frequency).
- **Magnetic Mixing**: The drive motor is mounted at the bottom of the tank, with the motor shaft directly connected to an inner magnet. The outer magnet, integrated with the stirring blades, is isolated from the inner magnet by a sleeve. When the motor rotates, the inner magnet drives the outer magnet magnetically, creating the stirring effect.
2. **Weighing Control System**:
- Installed beneath the tank base support, this system uses a welded stainless steel sealed sensor with an IP68 protection rating, suitable for harsh environments. It accurately weighs the contents of the batching tank and saves installation space with its integrated design.
3. **Temperature Control System**:
- A bimetallic thermometer or PT100 thermometer can be installed upon request. The bimetallic thermometer uses a bimetallic sheet that expands with heat to rotate a pointer, displaying the temperature. The PT100 thermometer offers detailed operation as described in the accessory manual.
4. **Liquid Level Control System**:
- A glass tube enclosed in a stainless steel protective tube connects to the tank interior, forming a communicating vessel. The liquid level in the glass tube indicates the material level in the tank. Needle valves at the highest and lowest ends of the tube protect the glass tube from high temperatures or pressures by temporarily closing it when necessary.
Each component ensures precise control and efficient operation of the batching tank system.
