Daily maintenance of sterilizer

Daily maintenance for the retort includes the following steps:

1. **Keep the Electrical Distribution Cabinet Clean**: Regularly clean the cabinet and remove the ventilation filter for cleaning.

2. **Drain Water Daily**: After each day's work, open the drain valve on the water level gauge and drain all water.

3. **Maintain Interior Cleanliness**: Keep the interior of the retort clean. If impurities are present, manually open the drain valve to remove them.

4. **Address Abnormal Water Level Alarms**: If an abnormal water level alarm occurs, check the water level gauge power transformer fuse. Replace the fuse if blown, inspect the water level gauge probe for impurities, and clean it before resuming use.

5. **Clean the Water Level Gauge Probe**: Regularly remove and clean the water level gauge probe to prevent debris interference with the water level signal.

6. **Clean the Steam Filter**: Periodically remove the steam filter and clean the filter element.

7. **Clean the Water Supply Filter**: Regularly remove and clean the water supply filter element.

These maintenance practices ensure the retort operates efficiently and remains in good condition.
