1. **Installation and Setup**
- Place the milling mill on a flat concrete foundation, horizontally.
- Secure with anchor screws if required by operating conditions.
- Tighten all fastening screws, especially the rotor center screw (M12 left-hand screw).
- Rotate the rotor with a dedicated wrench to check for contact with the stator or jamming before use.
2. **Power and Cooling Setup**
- Connect to a three-phase AC power supply (380V) with proper grounding.
- Ensure the rotor rotates clockwise as indicated by the arrow on the base.
- Turn on the cooling water supply, following the inlet and outlet markings.
3. **Startup and Operation**
- Start the motor and check for noise or vibration. Shut down immediately if abnormalities occur.
- Clean residual material from the stator and rotor while the machine is running, rotating the large chuck counterclockwise by at least 90° before cleaning.
4. **Stator/Rotor Clearance Adjustment**
- Adjust clearance while the machine is running:
- Loosen handles, rotate the large chuck clockwise to decrease clearance (finer particles), or counterclockwise to increase clearance (coarser particles).
- Tighten handles simultaneously after adjustment.
- Use limit screws to set the desired clearance based on material particle size.
5. **Maintenance and Cleaning**
- Regularly oil the oil cup.
- Clean the machine interior after use or non-use periods to prevent corrosion.
- Use appropriate cleaning agents without damaging nitrile rubber seals.
- Ensure seals are not damaged, misplaced, or lost during disassembly and assembly.
6. **Material Processing Requirements**
- Only process wet materials; dry solid materials are not allowed.
- Remove debris and ensure particle size is less than 1 mm and hardness does not exceed HV309.
- Avoid hard objects like iron or stone to prevent machine damage.
7. **Pulley Replacement**
- Loosen the nut on the motor cover and adjust the motor to loosen the triangular belt.
- Replace the pulley by gently tapping it with a hammer.
- Secure the new pulley, tighten the belt, and replace the motor cover.
