To make red bean paste buns, follow these steps:

1. **Prepare the Dough**: Mix flour and sugar. Dissolve yeast powder in water and pour it into the flour. Knead the mixture into a slightly smooth dough, then cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 5 minutes.

2. **Make the Red Bean Paste**: Grind red beans in a split-type mill until they turn into a powder. Mix this powder with syrup to form the red bean paste. Divide the paste into 10 equal portions (or more if needed).

3. **Divide the Dough**: Flatten the dough and divide it into 10 equal portions (or more if needed).

4. **Wrap the Buns**: Roll each portion of dough into a round shape, place a portion of red bean paste in the center, and wrap the dough around the paste to form a dumpling.

5. **Steam the Buns**: Arrange the wrapped dumplings in a steamer (using the steamer accessory for a non-standard double-layer pot). Cover the pot and let the dumplings rise for about 25 minutes until they are puffed up.

6. **Cook the Buns**: Boil the dumplings over high heat with cold water for about 15 minutes.

This process will yield soft, fluffy red bean paste buns, perfect for snacks or desserts.

Each tank is crafted from premium-grade stainless steel, ensuring exceptional corrosion resistance, hygiene, and longevity.
