1. Regularly inspect the steam trap and filter to prevent blockages in condensate discharge.

2. Check the safety valve, pressure gauge, and thermometer periodically for any signs of malfunction.

3. Address severe leakage at the feed pump shaft seal promptly by repairing or replacing the end seal ring.

4. When pairing with a high-pressure homogenizer, use a 3WR-1.5 high-pressure pump and follow the maintenance guidelines in the product manual.

5. In winter, if the equipment is in a freezing-prone area, drain all water from the pipes or fill them with a 1% alkali solution to prevent freezing.

6. Regularly inspect the sealing of material joints and stopcocks to ensure they are leak-free and prevent air ingress, which can accelerate scale buildup on pipe walls.

7. Leave the steam discharge valve open when the equipment is not in use to facilitate future operation.

8. Clean and lubricate the motor bearings of the feed centrifugal pump annually, filling the bearing housing only halfway to avoid over-lubrication.

9. Never allow the feed pump to run without liquid.

10. In case of a sudden power outage during sterilization, immediately shut off the steam, open the steam exhaust valve to evacuate steam from the high-temperature drum, and simultaneously open the water inlet shut-off valve.

Each tank is crafted from premium-grade stainless steel, ensuring exceptional corrosion resistance, hygiene, and longevity.
